By accessing our website, purchasing a product, or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use our platform or purchase our products.

2) PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

Marketplace Millionaire offers the following products and services:

An online course teaching members how to buy and sell cars on Facebook Marketplace for profit. The course includes video modules, written content, templates, trackers, and supporting resources.

A private membership community where members share results, ask questions, and engage with other active flippers and the founders.

Weekly live calls hosted by the founders, including deal reviews, market updates, and Q&A sessions.

Direct access to the founders via the community platform.

Templates and trackers including deal analysis spreadsheets, profit trackers, inspection checklists, negotiation scripts, and listing templates.

Additional coaching products may be offered separately at a higher price point.

The content, structure, and inclusions of products may be updated, improved, or modified over time. We will not reduce the core value of a product without reasonable notice to existing members.

3) PRICING AND PAYMENTS

All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are exclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST). GST will be added where applicable at the point of purchase.

Membership consists of two components:

A once-off joining fee payable at the time of enrolment. This fee grants access to the course content and initiates your membership. The joining fee is non-refundable except where required by Australian Consumer Law.

An ongoing monthly subscription fee payable in advance each month. Your subscription provides continued access to the community, live calls, and platform. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial month refunds are provided.

The joining fee may be paid in full at the time of enrolment or via Afterpay. Where Afterpay is used, payment of the joining fee is processed directly by Afterpay and is subject to Afterpay's own terms and conditions. Marketplace Millionaire receives the joining fee from Afterpay at the time of purchase. Any ongoing obligations between you and Afterpay regarding instalment repayments are solely between you and Afterpay and are not the responsibility of Marketplace Millionaire.

Monthly subscription payments are processed via Stripe. By providing your payment details you authorise recurring monthly charges until your subscription is cancelled.

We reserve the right to adjust subscription pricing with reasonable notice to existing members. Price changes will not take effect until the following billing cycle after notice is given.

4) ACCESS AND MEMBERSHIP

Upon successful payment of the joining fee your account will be created and you will receive access to the course content and membership platform.

Your access to the community, live calls, and ongoing platform features continues for as long as your monthly subscription remains active.

If your subscription payment fails or is cancelled, your access to the platform will be suspended at the end of the current billing period. Your course content access and account history may be reinstated upon reactivation of your subscription.

There is no minimum subscription commitment. You may cancel at any time after paying the joining fee.

Login credentials are personal and non-transferable. You must not share your account access with any other person. Sharing of login credentials may result in immediate termination of your membership without refund.

5) REFUND POLICY

The joining fee is non-refundable except where a refund is required under Australian Consumer Law.

Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing period has commenced. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges.

Nothing in this refund policy limits or excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Under the Australian Consumer Law you may be entitled to a refund if a service has a major failure, is not fit for the purpose for which it was supplied, or is not of acceptable quality. If you believe you are entitled to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law please contact us at marketplacemillionaire@outlook.com.

6) INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the Marketplace Millionaire platform including but not limited to course videos, written materials, templates, frameworks, checklists, scripts, community content created by the founders, and the Marketplace Millionaire brand name, logo, and visual identity is owned by or licensed to Marketplace Millionaire.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the course content for your own personal use only.

You must not reproduce, copy, share, resell, distribute, publish, or make available any course content or platform materials to any third party in any form without our prior written consent.

You must not record live calls or sessions hosted by Marketplace Millionaire without prior written permission.

Any feedback, testimonials, or content you submit to the platform may be used by Marketplace Millionaire for marketing and promotional purposes. We will seek your consent before using your name or likeness in marketing materials.

7) COMMUNITY CONDUCT

By participating in the Marketplace Millionaire community you agree to conduct yourself in a respectful and constructive manner. The following conduct is prohibited:

Harassment, bullying, discrimination, or offensive behaviour directed at any member or founder.

Sharing, promoting, or soliciting competing products or services within the community.

Posting misleading, false, or defamatory content about any person or business.

Sharing another member's personal information without their consent.

Spamming or posting unsolicited promotional content.

Breach of these conduct standards may result in removal from the community and termination of your membership at our discretion. No refund will be provided where membership is terminated due to a breach of community conduct standards.

8) DISCLAIMER RESULTS

Marketplace Millionaire teaches a practical skill set for buying and selling cars on Facebook Marketplace. Individual results will vary based on personal effort, available capital, local market conditions, negotiation ability, and other factors outside our control.

Any results, income figures, or testimonials shared in our marketing materials, on our website, or within the community represent the experiences of individual members and are not a guarantee of results. You may make more, less, or no money at all applying the skills taught in the course.

We make no guarantee that you will achieve any specific financial outcome from your membership.

9) AGE REQUIREMENT

Our platform and services are intended for use by persons aged 18 years and over. If you are under 18 years of age you must obtain the consent of a parent or guardian before using our platform or purchasing our products. By using our platform or completing a purchase you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older, or that you have obtained the required parental or guardian consent.

10) LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Marketplace Millionaire's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these terms or your use of our platform is limited to the amount you paid to us in the 12 months prior to the claim arising.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage including but not limited to loss of income, loss of profits, or loss of data arising out of or in connection with your use of our platform or the application of skills taught in the course.

Nothing in this clause limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

11) GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of South Australia, Australia. Any disputes arising under these terms are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Australia.

12) CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email to the address associated with your account. Continued use of the platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
